Pistol whip the gun out of his hand, and hold him at gunpoint.
You rise from your seat quickly, grabbing the grip of your pistol and pulling it from its holster, you flick off the safety while taking aim.  The shooter aims at you, and squeezes the trigger, only to be dissatisfied with the clicking sound the gun makes when the safety is still on.  You swing your left hand back, charging it up to bring it around and slap the gun straight across the bar from his hands, and quickly take aim, centering the barrel on the man's head.

Toss the gun to the bartender and tell him to keep it safe, while backing the man into a corner with your pistol.
"I don't want to shoot you. I like people alive, perhaps unlike you. However, if I see you do any stuff like that again, and I'll shoot you."

Throw that motherforgeter out.

The man scowls at you as he struggles to get himself off of the ground, "Hey, fu- forget you. I'm out of here!  You'll get yours starfish!" He shouts, slurring again as he exits the bar, stumbling in a hurry.
You pick up the drunken man's pistol and put it on the counter for the bartender.  He takes it, nodding.  "Thanks stranger.  Your drinks are free from here on out."
Suddenly, your DED begins vibrating.  You take it out, you have received a message from the hangar director.  Your ship is ready.

What now?

Go to the ship.
after saying goodbye and thanking the bartender for the free drinks.

after saying goodbye and thanking the bartender for the free drinks.
Actually, he said that drinks would be free for him for now on.  He still paid for what he got today.  But definitely say goodbye, maybe give the bartender a firm handshake or something.

You shake the bartender's hand after placing the drunken man's pistol on the counter.  You then proceed down the hallway out of the cantina, heading toward the viewing deck of the hangar.
Upon your arrival, you see your ship.  It looked almost new, with a few things added on.  There was now a 200x200 ram cannon on the front of the ship, which was accompanied by four torcreep bays.  On the sides, top, and bottom, were multiple 5x30 disc cannons.  There were multiple extensions, and the engine seemed to have been improved.
The hangar manager approached you, a dirty rag over his shoulder and some grease spots on his cheek.  "Boy was that some job, kid.  Do you know how stuffty of a condition that thing was in?  Did you even have a crew running it?  You need one of those, you know.  Anyways, everything's all finished up, and the ship's ready to go.  You're going to want a crew before heading out, though.  That terminal over there," he stops, turning around and pointing to a holoboard in front of a small screen in the wall, "You should be able to hire one from there.  Simple as that.  We have plenty of crewmen scattered around the station, that's for sure.  Anyways, take care pal."  with that he pats your shoulder, leaving a hand shaped grease stain on your shirt, and walks away.
You head on over to the terminal, signing in with your information previously registered.  You hire all of the essential crew, and notice that you can hire boarding party members.  You try this option, and it gives you two:  Man, and Drone.  You have thirty slots left for crew members on your ship.

Ship's maximum crew space: 45
-15 essential crew

Drone: 3 (Max 5)
Man: 1 (Max 30)

Select how many of each, if any.

Note that man can apply to both Sovern and Draddian.

Look for some burly guys around the area who aren't busy working on spaceship repair.  Also check your ship out to see if the repairman may have done any underhanded things to your ship, such as not repairing it properly.

Where are all the peoples at?

Aaaaand Phalanx is copying us…

Not really.  Wait for it to progress, we'll see.
