Notebook computers, PDAs, mobile DVD players and other devices use LCD screens.
Screen Size (Measured Diagonally)   15.6"   Size of the screen, in inches, measured diagonally from corner to corner.
Cache Memory   6MB   A small segment of memory that stores frequently used information for fast access by the processor, improving response time.
System Memory (RAM)   8GB   The memory a computer uses to run its operating system, applications and active data files. Greater amounts of RAM improve speed and enable more applications to run at once.
System Memory (RAM) Expandable To   16GB   Maximum amount of memory a computer can support (as opposed to the amount that comes preinstalled).
Hard Drive Type   SATA (7200 rpm)   Hard drives are classified based on the interface they use to connect to a computer. Did you really need to copy and paste that whole wall of text?
Yes it's fine, but not for high settings on newer generation games.

the only suggestion I would ever have...
build a desktop

build a desktop
My parents say that one desktop is enough, so I have to go with a laptop.

750M only has 2GB dedicated vram so you probably won't be able to play at high res on high settings .. not that you would want to on a laptop anyway .. because it would fry your legs/table/whatever surface you put it on ..

great for making breakfast though

I disagree. I use a laptop for the same reason as OP and my 660M runs Far Cry 3 at 50 fps easy
A 750M could only be better really.
