Hey, can I run Assassin's Creed Black Flag? Here are its specs needed.

Minimum:
OS: Windows Vista SP or Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8 (both 32/64bit versions)
Processor: Intel Core2Quad Q8400 @ 2.6 GHz or AMD Athlon II X4 620 @ 2.6 GHz
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTX 260 or AMD Radeon HD 4870 (512MB VRAM with shader Model 4.0 or higher)
Hard Drive: 30 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible Sound Card with latest drivers
Additional Notes: Windows-Compatible keyboard and mouse required, optional controller

I have attached my DxDiag.txt. Canirunit.com says I cannot only because of the GHz needed.

I have :

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.2GHz

Any comments would be appreciated.

i dont know about your processor

you can run it, but probably not on anything special

I can run all the other assassin's creed games on max everything, Bf3 on like medium settings with no fps drop.

Graphically? Expect some lag, maybe 20 something fps.
Your processor and everything else checks out.

GTX 260? As old as that card is it's beast.

It doesn't know jack stuff about video cards or processors and is definitely not your best bet.
