Its better than Photoshop for doing Line Art. I have two artist friends that use Sai for their Line Art, but switch to photoshop to do the rest of the art

In all theory it's still better to get a $50 this than a $600+ PS. And it also works better and it's easier to use because it's specifically made for this.
