Looks way to much like your other houses, use different color schemes, different general front layout ,and texturing.

Honestly, it looks like  the same design over and over just extended a bit, but the interior is loving beautiful.

you misused those tree bricks. tree bricks are meant for large scale builds, not small ones like these. you should make custom trees, instead.
