need help with adding environment maps

I add it to my addons folder but they dont install! It wont pop up what am I doing wrong

OP, please post your console log using the FAQ at the top of this board.

Make sure that you are placing them in the Add-Ons folder that is located in Documents\Blockland.

im going to close this thread because i gave up hope on it and dont have time anymore i go back to school (loads of work)
