Author Topic: Class Rings  (Read 2818 times)

I ordered mine the other day and am kinda excited (even if it won't come until 4-6 weeks from now)

Do any of you guys have class rings?

I would get one if I cared for one, I plan on graduating I just don't feel like buying a ring that I probably won't wear.

what are class rings
Its a ring with your graduation date on it and you can customize it to how you want it to look.

I got one even though I don't wear it daily like some kids.

Figured tradition is tradition.

I thought about it but I came to the conclusion it wouldn't be a good use of money. I've never been a jewelry person so I didn't feel like spending the money.

but then when you slap someone you leave an imprint with a year and a jewel of your choice! how can you refuse!?

Same

im all about the jewelry XD

i wear nice watches, and usually have my silver chain and silver ring.
and other hand i got this ring a chick gave me with some slick design on it :D

I wear a Velcro strap watch with a plastic face and 2 necklaces made out of jail bed sheets, well I know one of them is.

Never really saw the point or the appeal in class rings...

totally pointless unless there was something really significant that happened at your school, like you were on the football team that one state or something. otherwise its just stupid and extremely expensive

...Why do you consider sports a more important feat than you graduating the Highschool education system?

because anyone can graduate? thats hardly a feat, not to mention that was only an example. maybe the person was really dedicated to their community and had like 500 service hours or something, but just buying one so people know you graduated from highschool is pretty dumb
