Author Topic: Things you hate about school  (Read 7878 times)

What I hate about school is the lunch lines are WAY too long. Thanks to the extra freshmen this year, once I finally get my food the bell rings. forget
Edit: but the lunch lines can be a bitch

>been in high school for longer than a week
>still not bringing your own lunch to school

Enjoy.

why the forget would you want to be homeschooled instead of going to a normal school
like unless youre handicapped or autistic or something like that
have you met the average American
I didn't want to go to school with any of them either.

By 40 - 50 degrees the air conditioning should better start running at full power...
you'd think someone who codes (you code right) would be smart enough to determine that he isn't talking about celsius

come on the food here is delicious
pretty cheap too

come on the food here is delicious
I don't care how delicious you think school food is, it is never as good as something made at home, unless you and your family are just the worst ever at making food.
And yes, you can make things that aren't sandwiches and take them to school, don't even give me that crap.
School lunches are also loving expensive (at least here) so you're saving assloads of money by bringing your own lunch.

exactly how much?

And seriously my schools lunches are the best

it pisses me of when people whine about school lunches
really how hard is it to go get some pudding cups and make a sandwich

Do you even know what you're talking about?

I'm homeschooled because:
- It's awesome.
- I can sit in my room, listening to music, doing my schoolwork. In my room. Listening to music.
- I have a ton of freedom and flexibility in my school days.
- I don't have to deal with the American public education system (a biggie right there).
- I get to wake up at 7:00 or 7:30.
- Don't really have much for homework.
- I can learn things at my own pace in a better environment, which raises my GPA.
- None of my teachers are mean or crazy.
- Contrary to popular belief, I do have a nice group of friends.
- It's waaaaay cheaper.
- The food is better.
- The bathrooms are better.
- Oh, and did I mention that it's awesome?

The biggest issue with it is that it sometimes puts more stress on my mom, but still probably not as much stress as she would have to deal with if there was a school related problem if I was publicly or privately schooled.

I hate how packed school is, basically shuffling in the hallway
I hated how cliques of people would always gather in the sides of the hallways that were used most.
They were like a bloodclot.

When I went to talk with friends we'd do it in the lobby or somewhere that wasn't blocking everyone else.

How you don't get taught the stuff you actually NEED to know when you finish high school but continue learning things you won't actually use.

Luckily my Economics teacher took note of this and we spent a semester going over things like how to do your taxes, the proper way to set up a resume, how to fill out various tax return forms, etc.

i really hate the classes were you don't do stuff during class, but you have a forget load of homework.

pe. pe sucks.
Oh yeah, this.

I don't hate PE itself, but i hate the way how my teacher gives out grades.

Basically if you have a good spirit and always try you will NOT get a good grade.

You have to be some testosterone drinking machine before you can even get near a 10, and being nice doesn't matter at all.

My only problem in High school was teachers who don't understand technology, and yell at you for doing things that are perfectly fine.

Depends on the school.
My school lunches were only about $2 (they raised it my last few years, I don't remember what to, though)
And the weren't that bad, and my mom didn't cook much better

I got suspended in middle school for changing a webpage in google chrome with the "inspect element" option. They thought I was hacking or some stuff.
