It managed to force itself onto my account a while back, although I'm trying to ignore it's existence unless I find a use for it.

For so long I managed to keep my youtube profile off its system but one day it finally got me with that occasional popup that shows up during a video. Each time they manage to find a new way to hide the "No thanks" button.

It's too late for me, I tried to make one of my videos in my channel private and the next thing I know Google+ took over my account. I had to delete my channel and ended up spending hours trying to change my username back. I haven't even bothered re-uploading any of my videos.
