For starters, it looks incredibly rushed and impractical. It's very boxy and it's too small for it's own good. From what I can tell, it looks like you just duplicated the bottom floor on top of itself to create a second floor and then just put a roof on top of that. The tree is cool but it lacks color and I really don't like the whole round plate method just out of the fact that it's overused and generally somewhat ugly, but you pulled it off pretty well.
There's a lack of color, the entire fence is a single color (albeit well detailed). The building has an acceptable amount of color for it's composition. The leaves could use some more color variation as well. The lamp post is under-detailed. The space between the top of the door and the above set of windows is awkward and bland.
An important concept in Height is also interiors, and your build lacks one. I would recommend building on a much larger scale so you have room to work with. Also, the building's height is very non-proportional to the width and length of the base.
Right now, it's 5/10 because I understand you probably put some effort into it, but it looks very rushed and just kinda shoved out. Your ambition is admirable and your brickwork is pretty damn neat, and I think if you just put more effort into your app it could be much better. As of now I can't really get a good gauge on your building ability.
