Moonstar, you understand the guy went to 5+ servers and spammed this constantly? Sure I thought it was amusing the first time he did it at my server, but he did it repeatedly and everyone there was getting irritated with him. He refused to stop even after I muted him three times. Not sure how that's funny or entertaining at all.

yeah, I generally mute idiots if they're being annoying in chat or spamming. If they continue it's bye bye time.

I don't even mute them three times.  If they expire one mute and continue, I give them a last-chance-warning.  Denial to follow that is a ban.

I did ban him. My server has a three mutes then a ban policy. Read the rest of the topic and you'll notice I already said that.

My server, the rare occasion it's up, has a simple warn-kick-permaban policy because I don't tolerate ignorance.
It worked loving wonderfully too.

I can tell you from experience in many different areas it's a very stuff policy and you shouldn't be using it.
Not to mention you yourself are a hilariously bad admin, as you let a merry band of trolls sit around your server and irritate the daylights out of anyone because you liked them for some ungodly reason. Lost me as a first-time visitor, not going to speak for anyone else, though.
