Author Topic: Semi-transparent Static DTS shapes  (Read 902 times)

I want to make cloud layers for my space map to ease the transition from space to earth's atmostphere.

When I make a DTS shape in MS3D semitransparent the effects don't show up ingame.

Anyone know how to get a static DTS shape (spawned with Mission Editor) to be semitransparent?

Thanks in advance for any help.

You need to use a semi transparent texture and adjust the "Emissive" slider to suit your model.

I've also tried to make a trans. model. I did this and it just shows up shiny in-game.
