Hamster died

For the past week she's had a blocked up intestine and she cant use the bathroom. I have to force feed her 3 drops of olive oil a day just to loosen the inside of her a bit. She looks like a giant balloon from how bloated she is and it's really sad and disturbing to watch her try to walk around. :c Also this is the hamster that I made a topic about almost a year ago where I let you guys choose a name for her. I don't know what to do because she's so small and just a hamster. I agreed that if she doesn't get better with in a week that I would have her put down so she isn't suffering anymore.

She's paralyzed right now and barely breathing.
Won't be long til shes dead. :c

I just got done burring her. I had to put a slab ontop of the hole because raccoons and armadillos like to dig up our dead pets.

Sorry bud, there's not really much you can do :(. I know it's sad but everyone loses their pets all the time. I had two fish and one died, the other one had to be released into the ocean for a reason I cant remember.

I've got 2 pet problems at my house. My extremely constipated hamster, And my dog that just had hair and metal bits surgically removed from her stomach. My mom was working on something that uses metal and the dog ate up a few fragments before my mom cleaned and I don't know where the giant wad of hair was from.

Why would I spend tons of money on surgery for a hamster? That and she's so small that they wouldn't even be able to do a surgery on her.

She's on a special diet for a month containing nothing but olive oil and wet foods like oranges, grapes, lettuce, etc.

I had to get rid of my one kitten (NOT PUT DOWN) because her body was bloated and she was slim. She ate my hamster a week before and that started to happened. It was her bladder, we couldn't afford a vet so we took her to the pound :(

My hamster is 3 times her normal size and it scares me when I touch her. I keep thinking shes going to explode or something in my hand. :c

Try to put a little pressure on her bladder (lower abdomen) and see how she reacts. This is important.

Yes, I remember that. The other half of the posters on the topic claimed he sat on the hamster and it exploded.
