Author Topic: Is it just me or is there more and more cancerous little kiddies around here?  (Read 14558 times)

I see stuff tons of "kiddies" in game but not all that much on the forums

I don't know what to say.

Some people act stupid and others don't. Some 17 year olds here spam and troll and some 10 year olds build amazingly.

Age is a unreasonable figure to determine maturity and intelligence. While you complain that young kids shouldn't be on the internet, you fail to realize that you were once a young kid and everyone learns from mistakes. Whether it was one mistake or 1000, people eventually learn off of them to be an average or likeable community member.

Note that your posts, Kochieboy, can also be considered stupid, being from only 1½ months ago, they are still relevant.

The message? Defining someone by age is unreasonable. While you rant about kiddies being handicapped you don't realize that you also act stupid. I act stupid sometimes, so do you, so does everyone. No matter what one claims, nobody is exempt from stupidity. Let's use mistakes to make ourselves better and stop generalizing people as being dumb.

I agree with you Pacnet. I get so angry when someone is like "Oh my god I loving hate the voice of children" when they used to be a children with a voice they hate. It was in this one thread but I am not linking it. Kochie, your other posts seem stupid, therefore you are pretty much being a hypocrite.

well I don't like the sound of preteen voices either. I don't like hearing babies cry. I don't like messy little kids running around
just bc I was all of that at one point, doesn't mean I can't dislike it

I was playing with my friend Cookie Legend today, He acts pretty mature and when I asked he said he just turned 9

Jesus christ I thought he was 14-15

The opposite of this happens a lot too.
You think someone would be 9 years old, but they turn out to be in their 20s.

one thing i'm noticing is the rising trend of blog threads, the "blogland forums" type we all know and hate

like really who gives a forget about a dead bird behind your dryer or how your little brother asked out some girl.  literally nobody gives a stuff and they just become spam threads.
So much this.
So much this it hurts.

Age is a unreasonable figure to determine maturity and intelligence.
Age is probably the best model you can use for determining maturity and intelligence. Sure, there are probably kids who are more mature for their age, but they aren't the vast majority. Think for a second about how much useless stuff is marketed to children on television commercials. If the vast majority of little kids aren't as immature and stupid as people say they are, why are there countless businesses built entirely off of children's impulsive, stupid buying habits?

I'd imagine that you're probably writing about yourself and think you're one of the more mature kids in your age group, but you aren't actually that special. Your level of maturity is pretty much consistent with any other 12-year-old on the internet, as evidenced by the hissy-fits and stuff you've stirred up on the forums the last few years.

I don't see why I should be obligated to listen to small children scream over the microphone simply because my voice was high at some point in time. It's the same reason why people should be allowed to ban kids from restaurants where adults eat, seeing as no one wants to pay for a $30.00 steak and have to listen to children scream and cry in the background. This isn't even a matter of hypocrisy, it's just how society works. Older age groups don't want to socialize with small children.

Another smackdown for pacnet.
