Ok, this sounds made up. Why the forget would Tezuni use SailorMan's plane when he has a loving Jail Escape that is popular? Quit trying to make up stories.

Tezuni does copy other people's builds even though his Jail Escape is populated enough. e.g. Zapk's rising lava.

Although, that doesn't mean the OP is telling the truth.
