Blockland anime intros?

So lately I've been on the synchtube and have been noticing a significance of anime intros with the character's faces replaced with the avatars of some of the members here on the forums.

1st: why am I not in one of these : (

2nd: Where can I find more of these? They're really humorous and funny to me.

3rd: How can I make my own? Would love to make one with some of the people I think are cool on here.

If you can answer some of these questions, that would be great.

Most likely with a video editing software, e.g. Sony Vegas, or Adobe After Effects.
