So, one of my subscribers has uploaded a video. He basically explains an incident with him and Newegg. I don't really have a solid opinion on it, and I was wondering what you guys think.

I think they shouldn't have been returning his graphics card because he put in all the components and necessary things in the package before he sent it, but he should not have lost his cool. Watch the video to see what I'm talking about.

idgi, stuff happens.  i've never had a problem with newegg tbh, the guy really flipped too many stuffs.  i can understand it's a $450 gpu but really...

Meh, this guy just whores attention and trashes companies names.

I love the gamersgate ad right away, leading into stuffty greenscreen and minecraft.

Also this story is entirely loving stupid.  If he would have read any documentation, he would have sent the card to EVGA for the step up program.  (also last time I RMA'd a card, the free game card wasn't even required because that's another SKU, so if you're doing an exchange or replacement, it doesn't matter)

Oh and he does stereotypical gay voice for "some chick".  Cool guy you found here.

Admittedly I haven't watched the video yet, but if his video gets more people to not want to buy from Newegg it would be more significant to them than just 1 angry guy on youtube not buying from them.
