What could possibly be in the chest?

P.S. You can do other stuff but you'll need the right items.

News: Heading to my dad's for the weekend. This means no computer and thus I can't update pictures. I'll still be doing text updates, though!

You open one chest, and you find 20 Indian rupees, worth 32 cents. A whole bunch of good that'll do you in... where are you?

When you finish screaming in pain, you realize that a claw has been shot in your eye. The chests have closed again.

What could be in the chests?

Inventory: 20₹, 1 bloody claw
Status: Blind in one eye, bloody

You turn around and open them behind your back, but after you turn back the chests have closed again.

Meanwhile, you're still in intense pain because of your eye and you're losing blood rather quickly. The chest shuts again, but you hardly notice it between the mirror and your eye.

You are bleeding out fast, so you are desperate to take that pill. And if it kills you, you'll be dead a few hours later from bleeding out. So you may have only one choice to take the pill.

Open a chest.
Find a fork.
Remove your injured eye using the fork.
Put eye into previously opened chest.
