Dead pixels / stuck don't know what to do

My laptop is dying... At first I thought it was a dead pixel but after a few things from YouTube, it's broken! It looks like a crack underneath the first layer. Any tips on how to fix / what should do.'it is kind of a pain cause I produce EDM and dj

I'm kind of on a tight budget. (And my parents won't pay for it cause they think a laptop and its damages are my responsibility which is true)

I forgot to mention, it was working fine but when I put it down for dinner and closed it, I came back and it was doing this. I don't know if someone put their foot on top of it or what.

From what I gather, that laptop has a VGA port, so you could connect an external monitor and use it as your display.
