I challenged their no music rule by listening to my music in the halls.. they looked at me as a way of saying "the hell do you think you're doing?" but never stopped me.

the sound quality was the absolute worst, the video quality was awful in bright light
i remember the pair i bought was only $30 is the thing, while pecon's link is $54.
it lasted like a week and then it wouldn't charge right and died.
