nVidia driver crashing (?)

I was playing Half Life - 2, when everything turned out yellow and crashed. 5 minutes later I tried to launch blockland, and the launcher gave me the following error:

"The NVIDIA OpenGL driver lost connection with the display driver due to exceeding the Windows Time-out limit and is unable to continue.

The application must close, Error code: 7"


Help, I cant play any games with the dedicated graphic card

635m, but problem solved, The memory and RAM was full, after a reboot everything is fine.
