Hammerwatch looks awesome, i saw it on Steam, but i didn't look into it too much at the time. Its not what im looking for though, there isn't any character customisation other than upgrades at shops.
Baldurs Gate 2 is pretty much the opposite. The isometric graphics aren't too great, and I dont like the multiple character controlling, that just removes 90% of the role playing from the RPG..
