Depends on when I wake up and the day of the week. Tuesday ten minutes before class, nothing. Thursday, hour before class oatmeal with various added thingies (Raisins, cinnamon, shredded coconut, virgin blood, etc.) But if I get up at, like, nine in the morning on a Sunday I'll make something like a five egg omelette with peppers, cheese, fried onion, ham, and balsamic, six strips of bacon, four pieces of buttered toast coated in cinnamon sugar and a few cups of coffee. But that only happens once every few months.
