Basically, you can post here and you can be evaluated on your attitude on the forums.
Here's an example:
OP: Blah blah blah
User 1: You really need to improve on your negativity.
User 2 (responding to User 1): I think you could use a little more thought in your posts.
User 3(responding to User 2): I think you should evaluate people better.
And so on.
