Fog Colors?

I need to know how to make the fog on the map blue. Just give me the number code.

Other colors would be nice also but please post o pic of the color if you can.

It features some fog colors, as well as some examples.

If you want solid blue, the color would be 0.000000 0.000000 1.000000 1.000000. The article has a nice foggy blue though, that looks better in my opinion.
