Yes it does, you can't purposely lead someone to do something bad, then act surprised and get mad at them even though you purposely let them do it when it was easy to prevent in the first place.
but if they do kill people, it is their choice. anyone with a knife has the ability to run towards someone and stab them. this does not make it a necessary thing to do.

I will not if the host let's them troll on purpose by placing a loop hole that is easily abused and found by anyone. The host is equally or even more at fault if the loop hole can be easily prevented with a check of a box.
and if the host didn't realize at the current moment that friendly fire was enabled? do you think going on a mass teamkill spree is better than simply telling them like a normal human?
