Dedicated Server Won't Download Add-ons

My dedicated server that I set up won't download the add-ons onto the actual server. I used the tutorial that Greek2Me posted (thanks by the way) and I followed the procedures to have all my add-ons and mods installed. But when I go onto the server, it's all default. Can anyone please help me?
