I'm really disappointed about that. I was looking forward to animating on Flipnote 3D... but I guess that idea's down the drain.

This kind of thing is to be expected and is actually common knowledge. So how is it possible that they released this system without thinking of the consequences in the first place?

Well, unfortunately there's no DSiware for Flipnote on the 3DS. Even if you check eShop it won't be there. Just trailers of the new one that we'll never get to see.

It doesn't seem to say that Flipnote 3D was cancelled, just swapnote being pulled 5evr because people did the OH SO UNEXPECTED and sent richard pics to minors that willingly traded friend codes. It shows nintendo is a RESPONSIBLE COMPANY and thinks of the children rather than, you know, adding a report feature and handing out bans for this kind of stuff?
