A surprisingly extensive chiptune tool that runs in your browser and even exports to .WAV. It's really easy to use and you can just spam it (in moderation) to get some tunes out that aren't necessarily ear-bleedingly bad. Some people have made incredible stuff with it. When you change anything in the tool the page URL changes so copy that if you want to share your song. Also use URL tags to shorten your URL, it can get really long.
