It depends on the circumstance of the person. Some people are so desperate, and they have nothing and get so depressed and then on the verge of mentally ill - so they turn to using substances. It's not the best of choices, but it is what happens. A junkie can be anyone, regardless of what drugs they're using including marijuana.

are you handicapped or something lol. that's not what i'm saying.my point is, there's no way for you to know why someone has ended up on the street. you can't just ask them, because junkies will just lie about it to score their next hit. even if the person is legit, you've got no way of knowing.
yea there was this other video where they took the guy out for dinner, brought him shopping for new clothes, got him a haircut and stuff
I know, but sometimes you can't think too much about those things. It's just a nice thing to give and be generous.
My dad was a very charitable man, and that's he raised me to be too. He had about like 50 or so friends. He said, "Being nice makes you friends". This is enough proof for me, lol.
It's kind of funny because you're one of the most ignorant and rude people I've ever talked to.
