Not having independent is stupid. That is like saying you must choose red or blue even if your favorite color is yellow.

Everyone is "independent."
Nobody agrees 100% with everything and in the end independent would by far get the most votes. We've had political polls before on here and independent always won.

Conservative.

I associate with the Tory party in the UK, but they're kind of the best of a bad bunch on the right-wing spectrum here.
I do prefer UKIP to them though, and I would vote for them in Council elections, but I don't know about a General Election. I know for a fact that they wouldn't get much support in my constituency compared to Labour or LibDems, so it would seem more effective to vote Conservative, so that atleast it's a party I am fond of and stands a chance.

and only fools call themselves liberal or conservative. a proper citizen would have a balance of both types depending on the issue.
