It is against the rules to say how to pirate things. Not this discussion. There are only 3 maybe 4 reasons to ever need hamachi. If you're not smart enough to port forward, if you pirate a game, if your playing an old game where the master server is down and you need to LAN, if you can't actually port forward.
Normally it's the not being smart enough to port forward or because people are pirating. I used it a lot for older games that only support LAN play though.
