i'm in high school but i'm one of those people who are like "oh but if i say this and they don't feel the same things will get too awkward" so i don't really make any sort of "moves"
i just hug all of my girl-friends and talk to them as they're my friend (not literally girlfriend like "dating", but legitimate friends) aha

I had a gf once in 7th grade, she broke up with me because I didn't talk to her (which is true I like only hugged her once, I basically was with my group of friends majorly)
She's in a group of mine in FACS so we cook stuff together, I think we're cool now cause we talk to each other pretty casually
