Single or double sentence spacing?

Two spacing is the professional way to use sentence spacing. When I type casually, though, I just use one space.

Double, taught that way by parents. Stuck ever since. Also helps with getting that extra fifth page my English teacher is so brown town about getting.

Double sentence spacing makes things usually more organized, and much easier to read.

if you have trouble reading singularly spaced sentences, you probably have a reading disability

1)  No.  Between every sentence, not every word.

Like this.  I would leave two spaces between a sentence for spacing preference.  See how it separates the sentences more and better establishes a flow of thought.

(Out of personal observation, I've noticed that starting from my childhood, people seemed to type more with one space.  I've also noticed that people began reading sentences as if the whole statement were one large stream of words.)
