Adds tags to show whos admin/super admin/host on the client side


You also have the choice to use admin shields which is toggable under Options>Advanced>Misc

I added prevention, if the server has its own shields or tags it will keep it will only appear as 1

I submitted our main menu music mod to RTB on September 21st, I don't think ephi's even looked at it yet. Same with the ID Lookup add-on from August 27.
