Author Topic: lower eyelid keeps twitching  (Read 3232 times)

This is caused by sleep deprivation.
You yourself might not feel all that tired, but your body is.

Force yourself to sleep for longer. Try getting 8 hours sleep a night instead of 6.

You yourself might not feel all that tired, but your body is.

My method of telling was always "When I get up, do I barely keep myself upright or am I able to walk normally?"

you have lots of extra static electricity in your body
i bet you didnt know ALL electricity tries to make its way to the ground...
this is what i do: put my bare floot on the ground for a couple minutes

solves all my twitching problems

pseudoscience

get more sleep

This happened to me a while ago. For me it was caused by stress I think. My brother also had it, and apparently drugs that contain loratadine, like claritin and alavert can cause twitching. If you are taking something like that stop taking it and see if it stops.

A girl I know can do that manually

1) you're too tired, get more sleep
2) stop looking at computers all day oh wait nvm who am i kidding
