My condolences, this is a lot to go through. I just can't believe that she tried to frame you like that, it's absurd. Even if she may of not been the best to you - she is your mother, and she raised you. If I were you, I would try my best to stick up for her. I hope you're ok, and your mother is too. A little update, after talking with my grandparents and other extended family members I've found out a few other things:
1. She got my sisters liscense suspended and most likley mine too, for having the cars in our name and unregistered on the road.
2. She completly destroyed our credit ratings, by taking out loans in our names.
3. A Subpoena was sent to my sister last summer, summoming her to court, she was unaware of this, as it was mailed when we were on vacation, and my grandparents intercepted the letter. (They are our next door neighbors now)

I had my suspicions but it wasn't until my grandmother told me today that I was positive.

but she also tried to frame her own kids of multiple crimes she did? Ouch.

The most descriptive thing I can think to say right now is basically that that really sucks. Sorry to hear it :/
I wish I could give you some advice or something, but other than to just keep on trucking, I dunno. I hope she manages to turn her life around somehow, sounds like she has a lot to work on
