Sorry to put it bluntly, but it's for one primary reason: they're not interesting to people.

From the ones I've seen, I've noticed that they tend just to be uncommentated gameplay. If people wanted to watch others play video games, they could go watch any number of the funny LPers on youtube. Try commenting on your games as you play them.
