Can you explain how Sylvanor has Diggys copy of Metro RP and is hosting it? Sylvanor made his own damn CityRPG at one point because Diggy's died and now suddenly he gets a copy of Metro RP.

Diggy also told me that he had two low blid keys, one was not his and then he eventually purchased his own. Maybe Ministry bought that one? I don't know.

You know that a key and a forum account are two different things and Diggy (or Ministry.. how that now could be possible) would not give away Diggy's FORUM account to Sylv if he didn't actually WANT to be impersonated. This thus doesn't bother Diggy in any way and therefore should not bother you.

Seriously, if someone steals your key then they can also get your forum account and if someone steals your forum account then they can also steal your key. One of the worst ideas I've ever heard, if I'm honest
