What qualifies as active? RTB says the highest besides 60006 is a 55k. What are those other ten thousand? I see another recent gap about two thousand wide a bit before.

he can't state which keys are "active" with 100% certainty.

he can tell you how many users are currently online easily. but what of the users that play regularly, just not at this specific instant? how far back does he go for activity? a week? a month?
