Any way to make the default zombies not stop working when I (host) leave?

Title. On my zombie survival server any time I leave the zombies just disappear. Any way to keep this from happening? I'm using the bot hole zombies, but have my own edited zombie type. I'm using slayer on a dedicated server.

Any insight?

In the bot wrench menu, make sure on the bots that "keep bot" is checked.
