Author Topic: I really tweaked my chest earlier, it seems.  (Read 1309 times)

I was in my classroom, richarding around. I tried to balance myself in the air, between two tables, and I fell straight onto my back. I can hardly move, and I just sneezed and wrecked my chest. Does anyone have any idea of what happened?

edit: i may have pushed one of my ribs forward more than it should be. going to the doctor tomorrow

we were just doing a lab, so i was walking around.

Does it hurt to breathe?

I doubt you "pushed a rib forward." This would imply you fractured a rib and if that was the case breathing would be extremely painful. You most likely just bruised it.

what sort of squat supporting exercises do you do?

it's important when you get heavy on them to start doing various isolation exercises for all the tiny muscles and tendons in and around your hips

Ooh! I had a similar experience! Except i was balancing myself between the back of a chair and a china cabinet back when i was a child, ended up falling flat on my face and bleeding a lot through my nose and maybe my mouth

To this day i recall falling toward the floor quite well, though not so much what happened afterward, i only know of what i've been told by others...

Did a backflip once, Bruised a rib and couldn't bend over without having an extremely sharp pain.
