does anyone know any good language learning programs?

i have the desire to learn the Russian language. i already know the Cyrillic alphabet (I'm sure I'm pronouncing some of the characters wrong) please do not suggest Rosetta stone, that program does not work for me.

well the first one doesnt work for windows, the other one doesnt have russian but it does have Brazilian Portuguese, which is funny because i never finished learning that language in Rosetta Stone. so i will use DuoLingo for the portugues.
