Just ignore mayor. He's attention whoring, and you're feeding his frenzy. Surely letting him talk to himself gives us a variety of things:
A) the knowledge that when he's banned it's going to be hysterical and one of the admins may leave their usual quirky yet snarky remarks, and thus the forum erupts into laughter
