Paint.NET can be almost as powerful as photoshop in some areas especially with addons. (If you do try to add addons onto paint.net, only download them from the sites forums)

IIRC, SMF was probably at 1.1.18 before the change, and now it's at 1.1.19. Either it's a forum bug, or one of those weird images that just can't upload for whatever odd reason.

i just tried to change my avatar to a 64x64 image and it told me it was too big
so i resized it to 74x74 and it worked
makes sense

i have to make my avatars less than 70x70 now.
and then they work.

weird, 75x75 avatars wont work for me
all it does is display that "attachment might be too large" error.
