the games arent piracy i dont think? n64 is slightly newer then nes/snes im use to emulating.

and its not necessarily about the games themselves, but the concern is more about the bios of the emulator itself. that COULD be piracy. i dunno where n64 stuff falls right now.

Sometimes the emulator doesn't include the bios, and you have to obtain that yourself.
Though I am pretty certain that the games are considered piracy.
