help copyright on videos that I don't think is right

So I recently got this when I went to YouTube today:


First off, what company is 有限会社エートライブ? I don't know if any of the artists (m1dy and Black Ace) are Japanese or not, and I don't want to mistakenly run into this and run into legal problems and lose my account. Should I just acknowledge it or do something else?

Study up on fair use and deduct if your video falls under it.

Acknowledge it, I'm pretty sure it won't just go away. I'd just take down the videos and never use the content ever again, but if you really want to fight that the videos are ok copyright wise, you can just counter it but to be safe I'd just get rid of the videos.

Look at these videos:


FOX,  Caravan Palace, and 2 gameplay videos that had some music are considered OK, since I acknowledged it, but some of the music used is on sale. Why exactly did they target THOSE videos if I don't even know how they're copyrighted?

Because people and some companies want to pretend current copyright enforcement is effective.

If you must buy the music to get the music in the first place, of course Youtube will take it out considering anyone alive on Earth with a computer and internet access can download the MP3 from the video. Also, someone might have reported the videos or more likely the company searches for their music online regularly to make sure the music isn't on sites like YouTube.

I learned that the 4 videos are Content ID matched. However, I don't know where m1dy or Black Ace's tracks can be bought at all. So what should I do?

i uploaded a spongebob youtube poop, got flagged, and sent a appeal quoting fair use for parodies. my video got put back up, and all good.

Well I can't tell now since it got taken down. I didn't even use their album artwork at all. I don't even know if that person even owns the song or the company!

VISUALIZER by me. I did not say that it was my music. Also, the searching does nothing. However, most of the things come from nico nico douga, but it's in no relation to the videos I had.

That's not going to work if most of my visualizers are from other people. Also, my gameplay videos on stepmania have other music. How would that even work out?
