Anyways, this looks like it has some potential for being a nice block party. That tree needs MAJOR work though, and you should have a info/tips area like Badspot's. I'll apply and would help.

Were you admin for something else?: No offense, bad grammar. I don't understand this. The only reason I'm admin is for the reason I'm about to say below this. Anyways if you mean "Have you been admin on other servers?" Yes. I have been on numerous. Mostly friends, but I really don't keep track of who I am admins on.
Why do I want this job: If this is most likely a kind of Christmas block party, builds need to be monitored to make sure people don't build things that do not fit the theme, or build inappropriate things. I also love Christmas, it's my favorite time of the year and I think this server is pretty unique and could be like the Halloween Block Party. Although it's not even Thanksgiving yet, you said early admins so that's why I'm applying.

Were you admin for something else? I was admin on a political forum for a year, on a small Minecraft server, and on Skoopdahoop's Mini Empires, Pandan's server, and on multiple other servers.
Why do you want this job? I like helping others, I make sure that players are abiding by the rules, and I am lenient. I am not harsh with moderating, I try to be understanding, and sympathetic and I often give second or even third chances. I try not to use the ban button to resolve situations, instead I use the kick feature or mute the player. I am very social, too.
