JVS Isn't working after a reset

After I restart the server by changing the gamemode, JVS seems to clear all events except for turning red when you click it. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know how to fix it?

Restart the server by restarting blockland. Just changing the gamemode leads to all sorts of bugs.
