What's a good online service to upload my bits and bobs of cash?

I have a few visa gift cards lying around and all together I get around 8$ in cash, don't want to use paypal because I have to put in a cell number which I don't exactly have and I'm unsure if I will be flagged suspicious for emptying a small amount of cards at once.
